• Restaurant, listing, competitor, venue type, and location information
• The research question and optional context submitted after payment

• Technical request information used for security and rate limiting

Payment information

Payment card details are collected and processed by the configured payment provider. DiningBrief stores order status and provider references, not full card details.

How information is used

• Process and administer orders
• Prepare the requested restaurant decision brief
• Send transactional intake, progress, and delivery communication
• Respond to contact messages
• Protect the service from abuse and diagnose failures

Public review data

DiningBrief analyzes publicly available review evidence relevant to the purchased comparison. Customer deliverables use bounded excerpts, links, and evidence summaries. Raw internal research files are not sold as a separate review database.

Service providers

DiningBrief may use providers for payments, email, notifications, hosting, storage, review collection, and language-model analysis. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their function.

Retention and security

Order and research records are retained as needed to fulfill purchases, maintain an audit trail, address corrections, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
